Why it's important that all children get a good night's sleep.

There are 4 things that our children need to live: air, water, food and sleep; so sleep is fundamental to our children being alive. Having the right sleep for them helps our children develop properly, both physically and emotionally, and the right sleep will mean they are less likely to be obese and to suffer from mental health issues as they get older.
